Lids - - - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.;
Lead and develop store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow up.;
Execute cash handling, POS operations, and maintain inventory accuracy.;
Execute merchandising and visual standards to maintain product presentation and backroom organization.;
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues, plus promote membership programs.
