Wholesale Parts Counterperson

Southaven Kia is seeking an experienced Wholesale Parts Counterperson to support and grow our wholesale parts business. We’re looking for a motivated professional who understands dealership parts operations, builds strong relationships with repair facilities, and delivers fast, accurate service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist wholesale customers with parts inquiries, pricing, and availability
• Process phone, email, and in-person wholesale orders efficiently
• Maintain strong relationships with body shops, independent repair facilities, and commercial accounts
• Ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and documentation
• Work closely with the Parts Manager to grow wholesale volume and customer retention
• Maintain organized inventory flow and proper parts sourcing
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Prior dealership parts experience preferred (Kia/Hyundai experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and wholesale operations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Familiarity with dealership DMS systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
