The Product Sales Executive, XP Hybrid, is a field sales and product expert position focused on selling Mammography, Radiology and Fluoroscopy products. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is highly competitive, desires top income, works well in a team‑selling environment and strives to win and be successful. Our products are industry and clinically recognized as being the best for both patient care and providers.

We are searching for top Product Sales Executive professionals looking to build their own franchise and realize virtually uncapped earnings potential.

This role reports to the Midwest Director, XP RF & WH, and XP Business Line for Siemens Healthineers.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve business objectives for assigned territory (for example, penetration of account with product/solution/service offerings).
  • Perform clinical product positioning, product presentations, and lead clinical discussions.
  • Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets.
  • Develop, build, and cultivate long‑term relationships with key management within the customer organization.
  • Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies, developing forecasts, budgets and operating plans for product sales channels.
  • Ensure that Account Executives are knowledgeable about XP Products to drive business.
  • Travel up to 70% or an average of 3‑4 days per week.
  • Maintain vendor credentialing to access client sites.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience
  • BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or product specialist role, healthcare field preferred.
  • Experience carrying large quotas and working with long sales cycles, with a demonstrated success at meeting and exceeding those quotas.
  • Experience with sales quotas, forecasting.
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Specific experience selling diagnostic imaging equipment.
  • 3+ years of capital equipment sales experience to hospitals and/or imaging centers, preferably or equivalent clinical/technical experience.
  • Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller‑Heiman, or a strong plus.
Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $67,200 - $100,800 annually (may vary based on market and candidate qualifications).

Annual incentive target: $90,000 variable compensation.

Benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long‑term and short‑term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, and paid sick and safe time.

Vendor Credentialing Requirements
  • Proof of valid identification (photo, driver's license, SSN).
  • Criminal background checks.
  • Drug screens.
  • Immunizations (COVID‑19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus).
  • Annual TB testing.
  • Healthcare training.
