Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, documenting incidents and communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts;
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and promptly
