Schedule Planned Maintenance (PM) of all Fleet Services Equipment, automated systems, and conveyors, and maintain PM records;
Perform corrective repairs and preventive maintenance on MHE, batteries, automated systems, and conveyors;
Communicate with site managers, supervisors, and operations leaders regarding equipment status, timelines, and issues;
Meet or exceed performance metrics including service response times, first-time fix rates, and PM completion schedules;
Maintain parts inventory and repair records; use OEM software for diagnostics and programming
