HVAC Service Technician

Conway Services Heating & Cooling in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. In this customer-focused, safety-conscious role, you'll perform service calls, troubleshoot HVAC issues, recommend solutions, and complete quality repairs and preventive maintenance. You'll use modern tools and technology, follow all codes and company standards, and document work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and light commercial HVAC service calls
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
• Explain findings and recommend solutions to customers
• Install replacement parts and adjust system settings for optimal performance
• Ensure work meets safety codes and company quality standards
• Use modern tools and technology to document and track work orders
• Maintain a clean work area, vehicle, and inventory of common parts
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Support team goals and assist peers as needed
