Your impact

From day one, you’ll contribute to precise machinery installs, careful rigging operations, and reliable maintenance that keeps production running. You’ll sharpen your skills with precision measurement tools and learn to interpret drawings so every component lands exactly where it should.

Responsibilities Assist with installation, alignment, and assembly of conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and automated equipment

Support leveling, anchoring, grouting, and precision alignment tasks; prepare and fabricate parts (measure, cut, drill)
Route and install shafts, bearings, belts, and chains

Help troubleshoot equipment issues; perform routine preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, basic replacements)
Assist with tear‑downs, rebuilds, and repairs under senior millwright direction

Learn rigging practices and assist with hoisting/moving heavy equipment using cranes, forklifts, hoists, and rigging gear

Read and interpret blueprints and layouts; take measurements and verify dimensions

Commit to safety: follow OSHA, company, and customer rules; wear PPE; join safety meetings/toolbox talks; practice LOTOUse and maintain hand/power tools and precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators); record daily hours/tasks; keep the jobsite clean and organized

Qualifications Required Strong  mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the millwright trade3 years of experience in mechanical, construction, industrial, or related work Ability to use basic hand and power tools

Ability to travel to job sites and work overtime/weekends as needed

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred

Enrollment in or completion of a millwright, industrial maintenance, or mechanical trade program

Basic understanding of industrial equipment, hydraulics, or mechanical systems OSHA 10 certification

Experience in manufacturing or industrial construction environments

Physical requirements

Lift 50–75 lbs on a regular basis

Comfort in noisy, dusty, hot industrial areas with moving machinery

Work in diverse weather and jobsite conditions
