Pay: $1,450 to $1,625 Weekly - Direct Deposit Every Week
Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van Freight
Home Time: Every Other Weekend Home for 2 Full Days
Running Area: Northeast Regional Routes - No NYC Deliveries

Regional CDL-A position running Northeast routes with every other weekend home time and no NYC deliveries.

Drivers on this account operate within a consistent Northeast routing network designed to support regular miles and organized scheduling throughout the week. Freight remains steady year-round, helping drivers maintain a dependable workload while staying focused on safe and efficient operation.

Consistent Northeast freight network with primarily drop & hook dry van freight. Newer equipment assigned to drivers. Drivers operate within an established regional network supporting consistent weekly scheduling.

• Assigned truck — no slip seating
• Rider and pet policy starts immediately
• Paid all miles (loaded & empty)
• Mostly drop & hook freight
• 100% no-touch freight

Trucks are switched out yearly to ensure safety and compliance.

Dry Van Position

All dry van loads

• Drivers must have a valid CDL-A license.
• 6 months of tractor‑trailer experience.
• Complete Clearinghouse for compliance.

Job duties for this CDL-A driver position with Jamie Tharpe Trucking include Northeast regional runs with no NYC deliveries and 100% no-touch freight. Drivers must be able to follow dispatch instructions and route guidance.

• Paid orientation — only 2.5 days with a private room and all meals covered
• Travel assistance provided for flights, rental cars, or bus travel if needed
• No slip seating with assigned trucks
• Rider and pet policy starts immediately
• APUs and inverters in all trucks
• Drivers take trucks home for additional home time and schedule flexibility
