• Operate delivery vehicle safely and responsibly while maintaining a clean, insured vehicle.
• Navigate to customer addresses using maps and GPS, including multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Manage and deliver orders promptly, ensuring product quality and on‑time service.
• Prepare product, stock supplies, and maintain equipment during store hours.
• Process telephone orders accurately and enter them using a computer or touch‑screen system.
• Use excellent communication skills to assist customers and team members both in person and over the phone.
• Maintain proper physical fitness: lift products up to 50 lb, carry trays, and perform repetitive tasks while standing or walking.
• Follow company policies on safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Strong navigation skills and ability to reach high or low storage locations.
• Basic math proficiency: accurate change handling, simple calculations.
• Capacity to work under various weather and temperature conditions.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
