Senior Shipping​/Receiving Clerk

Job Description Responsibilities

• To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Processes incoming product shipments - confirm all material is present and use the ERP system to post purchase order into stock.
• Prepares and keeps records of goods shipped/received, e.g., manifests, bills of lading.
• Troubleshoot freight issues related to shipping/receiving in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Use material handling equipment as needed.
• Communicate with cross functional departments as needed.
• Process returns both internal and external.
• Support shift supervisor on shift management needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills necessary.
• One-year related experience in related field.
• Experience operating a scanner.
• Ability to work independently with little direction or supervision.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task under short deadlines.
• Effective organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills

• In this role, the working environment is a general warehouse environment, and the physical demands may include but not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending and lifting up to 35 pounds.
