Salary: $25.79 per hour
Shift: 9am-6pm

What's a typical day as a Logistics Specialist? You'll be:
- Monitoring warehouse workflows, including inbound, outbound, and internal movements, to ensure timely execution.
- Tracking order status, inventory movements, and operational activities using warehouse systems.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues such as delays, exceptions, and discrepancies.
- Coordinating with warehouse teams, inventory control, and supervisors to address process gaps and ensure workflow continuity.
- Supporting investigation and resolution of order, inventory, and system-related issues.
- Updating systems with accurate status information and maintaining visibility into operational performance.
- Communicating issues, risks, and updates to relevant stakeholders promptly.
- Assisting in prioritizing work and balancing workloads across operational areas.
- Supporting reporting and tracking of key performance metrics and operational data.
- Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and process activities.
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends and operational inefficiencies.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Must have forklift experience (required)
- Bring 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or related roles (preferred).
- Possess an understanding of warehouse operations, order processing, and inventory workflows.
- Are experienced with warehouse management systems (WMS) and tracking tools (preferred).
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve operational issues in real time.
- Have effective communication skills to coordinate across teams and escalate issues.
- Can analyze data, identify trends, and maintain high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Are proficient with basic to intermediate computer skills, including data entry and reporting tools.
- Work independently, make decisions within established processes, and maintain organizational workflow visibility.
