7PM- 7AM (2-2-3 rotation)

At Airgas, our trusted Warehouse Associates are responsible for moving material within a warehouse, while adhering to the facility work rules and while advancing and maintaining the regular collective goals, quality and safety excellence. This position reports to a distribution manager or supervisor as assigned.
Key Responsibilities & Task Support- Contributes to company collective goals, quality excellence, and shipment accuracy.
- Organizes and cares for products through careful stacking and arrangement.
- Wraps and packs orders for shipping while maintaining a clean, compliant work area.
- Performs all work in accordance with safety procedures and supports the team with varied tasks.
- Loads, unloads, and picks safety products like goggles, gloves, boots, and beverages.
- Lifts up to 50 pounds while carrying, pushing, or rolling materials using cages and carts.
- Operates motorized conveyors, hand trucks, and both manual and powered pallet jacks.
- Uses forklifts, order pickers, banding tools, and specialized packaging equipment.
- High school Diploma/GED
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs, pushing 75 lbs, and walking or standing for the duration of a shift.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Standup/ Sit-down forklift Cherry Picker Pallet Jack
- Stand-up Forklift, Sit-down Forklift, Cherry Picker, and Pallet Jack experience preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and work overtime as needed.
- Overtime may be prior to and/or after scheduled work hours.
