Owens & Minor is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily operations across inbound/outbound at the distribution center. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage staffing, and drive KPI performance with a safety-focused culture.
The role requires 3+ years of leadership in warehouse operations, 5+ years in warehousing, SAP/JDA/Power BI experience, and strong analytical skills. Four-year degree or equivalent is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
