Picker / Packer - Southaven

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker / Packer to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, requiring a dedicated individual who can maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift.

• Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Please note that you will receive specific instructions from the local office team regarding your first day. Please disregard any conflicting information from the app or automated systems; only follow the guidance provided by the local branch.

• 18.00 USD hourly

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
• Handle items carefully to avoid product damage
• Consistently perform job functions while prioritizing safety, punctuality, and deadlines
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks
