In this Finance Administrator position, you will support the Property Management department, working closely under the Finance Department Manager. Key responsibilities include executing daily banking, processing recent leases, and assisting with trust accounting tasks. Your proactive approach will ensure all financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily banking and accounting postings
• Manage processing of recent leases effectively
• Aid in RTBA bond lodgment payments
• Support trust accounting during managerial leaves
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately
Requirements:
• Experience in finance administration, preferably with trust accounting
• Detail-oriented with a proven accuracy record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn recent systems quickly
• Strong time management and organization skills
