  • Manage cash across entities, maintain banking relationships, ensure appropriate funding for operating and capital needs, and reconcile bank and corporate credit card accounts.
  • Prepare and execute weekly check runs, including review of supporting documentation and approvals.
  • Prepare monthly property and entity-level financial reporting, including financial statements, variance analysis, and supporting schedules for ownership and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate mortgage payments and maintain loan schedules, escrow requirements, and lender reporting deadlines.

  • Maintain corporate records and compliance items, including LLC filings, vendor W-9s, certificates of insurance, and other reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate annual insurance audits and other third-party audits.
  • Manage management fee billings, overhead reimbursements, and payroll-related reconciliations.
  • Assist with property-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Develop and document accounting policies and procedures to improve consistency, strengthen internal controls, and support scalability.
  • Identify and implement accounting process improvements, including opportunities to streamline workflows and improve reporting.
  • Serve as a key user and internal resource for the company's property accounting software, including reporting, workflow improvements, templates, and system adoption.
  • Support additional accounting, finance, and ad hoc projects as needed.
