Administrative Level Position
This full-time administrative level position is within the professional development department. General job responsibilities include serving as a liaison between the professional development department and other departments to coordinate training needs, coordinate, schedule, and support training department schedules (e.g., yearly refresher trainings, guest-speakers, orientation groups, and graduate course), monitor and upkeep systems to ensure staff have sufficient training hours to meet licensing requirements, assist in onboarding processing for interns, assist graduate school professors with technical support and room needs, monitor and upkeep systems related to professional licensure and certifications, collaborate with the director of graduate studies to support on-site graduate programs administrative tasks, and 10-hrs a week supporting NECC administrative needs (e.g., special events, school-wide schedules).
Qualifications include strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with technology (e.g., Excel, Outlook), and the ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
