We seek an educator who brings experience, enthusiasm, and skill in teaching Spanish across all levels, from introductory through advanced, with a commitment to thoughtful curriculum design.

As a faculty member, you'll also serve as an advisor, coach, and mentor, helping students navigate school, discover new interests, and grow into their best selves. You’ll be a teacher, mentor, and co‑creator of learning. Your role will include:

• Teaching introductory to advanced levels of Spanish across grades 9 through 12
• Advising a small group of students and fostering their growth—academically and personally
• Giving meaningful, timely feedback that challenges and inspires
• Collaborating with department colleagues on curriculum design and innovation
• Engaging fully in community life: coaching, supervising residential evenings, participating in Saturday classes or programs, and more

• A degree in Spanish or a related, interdisciplinary field is essential
• Native or near‑native language skills in Spanish and English (the flexibility to teach French a plus)
• At least some experience teaching at the secondary level (2+ years preferred)
• Ability to connect with diverse learners and teach inclusively

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfort with educational tech tools (Google Suite, etc.)

Salary Range (full‑time): $40,000 – $80,000. Pay is commensurate with experience.
