Phaxis Education is building a pipeline of Special Education Teachers for anticipated needs in K‑1 separate Autism programs in the Southborough, MA area.

We are interviewing candidates now to align them with upcoming opportunities as our partner schools begin planning for the 2026–2027 school year.

• Deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Support students with Autism in a specialized classroom setting
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals and related service teams
• Implement behavior strategies and structured classroom routines
• Track student progress and maintain documentation

• Active Massachusetts Special Education License (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with elementary students (K‑1 preferred)
• Background in Autism and/or separate settings strongly preferred
  
  Strong collaboration and classroom management skills
• Open to strong candidates, including newer educators

• Onsite roles (specific details will vary by assignment)
• Opportunities may vary across partner schools in the area
