CGCM is looking to hire a full-time Youth Minister/Pastor to shepherd 30-40 high school and middle school students (majority Asian American background) within the church body in their faith journey from being believers to becoming disciples of Jesus Christ. Know, Go, Show, Grow.

To come to know God in a saving relationship by trusting in the finished work of Jesus on the cross for the forgiveness of sins. - Go:
To continue to grow in that relationship with God by: studying His Word, praying, worshiping together, and sharing the good news with others. - Show:
To show the reality of that relationship through changed lives that show love to all. - Grow:
To take the message of the Gospel wherever they go and to live in a way that shows that God is real.
