We're seeking dependable, caring Early Education Teacher Assistants for per diem assignments at childcare centers, Head Start programs, preschools, and early intervention programs throughout Greater Boston and the surrounding areas.

As an Early Education Teacher Assistant, you'll support lead teachers in creating a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment for children ages birth to 5. You'll play a hands-on role in children's daily routines, developmental activities, and social-emotional growth - helping lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning.

• Support lead teachers in delivering age-appropriate, play-based learning activities aligned with program curriculum and developmental goals.
• Assist with daily classroom routines including arrival and dismissal, meals, rest time, transitions, and outdoor play.
• Supervise children by sight and sound at all times, maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
• Provide hands-on support with personal care needs including diapering, toileting, handwashing, and feeding as developmentally appropriate.
• Support children's social-emotional development by modeling positive behavior, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-prepared classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with lead teachers, program staff, and families, reporting any health, safety, or behavioral concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation including attendance records, daily logs, and incident reports as required.
• Follow all program policies, EEC licensing regulations, health and safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability in every assignment.
