Location:
On site at our closed door, Southborough MA, pharmacy (155 Northboro Road, Southborough, MA). Salary: starting at $20 - $24 /hr (dependent upon experience and license type). Available Schedules:
Monday – Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm with rotating weekends 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

- Swiftly and accurately fulfill daily medication orders, ensuring seamless operations under the guidance of a pharmacist
- Assist in the prepacking of frequently requested medications, meticulously labeling, and ensuring proper storage protocols
- Skillfully package materials and products by hand, ensuring each item meets quality standards
- Retrieve medications from designated storage areas with precision, maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Apply labels to medication packaging and conduct thorough product scans for accuracy
- Notify supervisory pharmacists promptly of any irregularities during scanning processes
- Maintain organization and efficiency by keeping workstations orderly and replenishing stock supplies
- Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant government regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance
- Adhere to safety regulations and policies, and recognize the importance of standing for extended periods
- Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
- Adhere to Clarest s Code of Conduct and Compliance policies; report suspected violations to the supervisor, Human Resources, or the Compliance Officer
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proven experience as a pharmacy technician
- MA Registered Pharmacy Technician license required (in good standing); CPhT / ExCPT license preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adhere to pharmacy laws, HIPAA and safety protocols
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical practices
- Effective communicator
- Strong attention to detail
- Quick and independent learner
- Reliable and punctual to support pharmacy operations
- Flexibility to work overtime, holidays and weekends
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
- Knowledge of Pharmacy law and medical terminology is a plus
