Our Adult Day Health (ADH) program is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and support to adult participants in a structured daytime setting. This is a great opportunity for CNAs who prefer a stable day schedule without overnight shifts.
Responsibilities- Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Monitor participant safety throughout the day
- Measure and record vital signs
- Report changes in condition to RN
- Assist with group activities and engagement
- Complete accurate documentation
- Active Massachusetts CNA certification
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to lift/transfer participants safely
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in ADH, long-term care
- Consistent daytime schedule
- Supportive team environment
