• time Home Health Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate care to patients in their homes on a 13
• week contract, with potential for extension.

* Key Responsibilities:

• quality nursing care and patient education.

• Collaborate on patient care plans.

• Use EMR systems;
Home Care Home Base experience preferred.

• Maintain accurate documentation.

** Requirements:*
* • Valid MA RN License and BLS Certification.

• 2+ years of Home Health RN experience.

• OASIS documentation experience preferred.

* Schedule:

* • 24 hours per week, day shifts.

• No on
• call; flexibility to float if needed.

** Additional Information:*
* • COVID• 19 vaccination not required.

• Any scrub color acceptable.
