BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health visits in Fayville, Massachusetts. This is a full‑time or part‑time position with ongoing duration.

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations via touch‑pad tablet.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN (home health care experience not required).

• Base pay: $58.00 – $65.00 per point, depending on qualifications.
