Schedule: Part Time – Monday to Friday (3 days per week)
Specialty: Internal Medicine
This position is responsible for effective delivery and management of direct patient care using the nursing process while adhering to standards of nursing practice. The role involves overseeing and directing care of patients in the Internal Medicine department in an outpatient setting, recognizing changes in patient status, symptomatology, and diagnostic studies, and responding appropriately. The role performs a full range of medical support services while ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Deliver and manage direct patient care using the nursing process and adhering to nursing practice standards.
- Provide appropriate care to adult patients.
- Offer pre‑visit and post‑visit telephonic support and patient education, and populate the electronic medical record with historical information, lab findings, and preliminary orders for the physician to review at the next clinic visit.
- Participate in ad‑hoc visits to clinical sites to enhance team‑based care coordination.

Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Currently licensed as an RN or LPN in the State of Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
- Certification in specialty.
- One or more years of medical/surgical or specialty experience.
- Experience in an ambulatory care setting with telephone triage.
- EPIC experience.
- Unit‑specific criteria, including age‑specific, technology, and equipment requirements.
- Proven excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
The hourly pay for this role ranges from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full‑time employment. Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements). We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
