Location:

Southborough, MA

Schedule: 4.5 days per week (half-day TBD). Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:30 pm. No evenings, weekends, or major holidays.

Specialty: Adult Medicine

• Effective delivery and management of direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and adhering to standards of nursing practice.
• Provide appropriate care to adult patients.
• Provide pre-visit and post-visit telephonic support and patient education; populate the electronic medical record with historical information, lab findings, and preliminary orders to be reviewed by the physician at the next clinic visit.
• Ad-hoc visits to clinical sites to enhance team-based care coordination.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current MA LPN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in specialty
• 1+ years of Medical/Surgical or specialty experience
• Experience in an ambulatory care setting with telephone triage
• EPIC experience
• Any unit-specific criteria, including age-specific, technology, and equipment
• Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (eligibility applies).

The hourly pay for this role ranges from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.
