Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum, providing direct clinical care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities include: assessing, planning, and delivering safe, high-quality patient care; supervising staff and delegating tasks; coordinating care within medical protocols; ensuring compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards; and supporting emergency protocols as needed.
Qualifications: graduation from an accredited nursing program, current licensure or registration, and CPR certification. A bachelor's or master's degree in nursing is preferred.
Skills required: clinical expertise in maternity care, strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.
Additional duties: fulfill hospital incident command responsibilities during emergencies and perform related tasks to support patient outcomes.
