Are you a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager ready to lead a team in a one‑of‑a‑kind culinary environment? Love food & think you’re ready to take that next step in your career. Our kitchen is the birthplace of cult‑like fried chicken sammies that have people lining up—some even getting a permanent tattoo of our signature sammie for free food for life!

But we're more than just chicken. We're also committed to fresh, healthy, and innovative food, offering a rotating menu of farm‑fresh, dynamic & creative veggie & protein bowls
. We are looking for a hands‑on leader to take ownership of our back‑of‑house operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Development:
    Maintain highly efficient prep systems to ensure quality and consistency across all menu items.
  • Team Leadership:
    Recruit, train, mentor, and manage our kitchen staff. Foster a positive, energetic, and high‑performance team culture.
  • Scheduling & Labor:
    Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage, control labor costs, and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Oversee daily kitchen operations, inventory management, ordering, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
