System Development:
Maintain highly efficient prep systems to ensure quality and consistency across all menu items.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage our kitchen staff. Foster a positive, energetic, and high‑performance team culture.
Scheduling & Labor:
Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage, control labor costs, and ensure smooth service flow.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, inventory management, ordering, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
