Healthcare Security Program Manager

Securitas is seeking a Healthcare Security Program Manager to lead security operations for medical facilities. In this role, you will oversee site security programs, manage contracted security officers, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. You will conduct risk assessments, develop post orders and incident response plans, and coordinate with hospital leadership on patient, staff, and visitor safety. The manager will analyze incident trends, implement corrective actions, support training and certification of officers, and drive a culture of professionalism, customer service, and continuous improvement in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare facility security programs and daily operations
• Lead, schedule, and evaluate security officers across assigned sites
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation and incident response plans
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards
• Develop and maintain post orders, SOPs, and emergency procedures
• Partner with hospital leadership on patient, staff, and visitor safety initiatives
• Analyze incident data, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate and support training, licensing, and certification for officers
• Maintain strong client relationships and address service issues promptly
• Promote a culture of integrity, vigilance, professionalism, and customer service
