High End Residential Maintenance Technician
Summary:
As are all employees at Wellen Construction, a Maintenance Technician is a highly valued employee and vital to the success of the Company. A Maintenance Technician performance directly impacts the opinion of our clients and shapes the overall experience with Wellen Construction Lifestyle Services. The primary role for this role is to deliver exclusive luxury service and is responsible for all aspects of accuracy, quality, cleanliness, and client satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, appliance repairs, drywall, and painting.
- Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of properties
- Appliance service and repair a plus
- Knowledge of how to repair or replace plumbing fixtures
- Knowledge and ability to change locks
- Provide maintenance support to ensure peak performance of all systems to include mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC
- Be observant for any problem that could be a hazard or potentially dangerous situation for residents. This includes condition of pool gates, fencing, lighting, trip hazards, etc.
- Always display a service-oriented mindset maintaining courtesy with residents, colleagues, management, vendors, and all external customers.
- Complete projects/tasks in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- High level of basic carpentry- 3 years of residential carpentry experience required.
- Ability to prioritize and organize your daily work responsibilities
- Ensure excellent service standards to maintain high level of client satisfaction
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to make sound decisions and problem solve timely and effectively
- Work cooperatively with others
- Ability to lift, carry push and pulling object(s) weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Must have own hand tools and truck (preferred)
- Must be able to safely operate a variety of equipment
- Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
- Use of Computer, E-Mail, smart phone, and Microsoft Products – Excel, Project and Word at a Minimum
- Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisors Licenses (not required but preferred)
