Position Overview
Under the general supervision of the office coordinator, this role performs a variety of clerical duties within the Imaging Services office, including logging patients, answering phones, scheduling, and preparing exam envelopes. The position requires basic office skills, customer service interaction, and basic computer literacy.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Shift: Day Shift (8 hours).
- Maintaining ethical relationships with patients and staff
- Maintaining records as directed
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of the office
- Stocking and supplying office supplies and providing customer service support
- Complies with established departmental policies, procedures and objectives
- Attend meetings, conferences, seminars as required or directed
- Demonstrate use of Quality Improvement in daily operations
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and requirements
- Respect diverse views, demonstrate Standards of Respect, and contribute to a professional, tolerant, civility-oriented environment for employees, patients and visitors
- Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
- Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed

Demonstrated customer service skills
Unless a certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the above requirements.
