Substitute Cafeteria Worker, Southbridge School District

Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:

* Assists in the preparation and serving of food items according to departmental policies and procedures

* Serves food in proper pre-determined portion size

* Provides services to cafeteria customers in a friendly and efficient manner

* Operates dish machine

* Cleans food production area, serving area and sitting area during and after meal service

* Performs other related duties as required

Physical Demands

* The employee must be able to stand for long periods of time

* The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds

Preferred Education/Experience

* High School Diploma or GED

* Prior cafeteria or food industry experience preferred
