Reports to: Athletic Director

Job Goal: To work with students to ensure that all class/club activities are completed in a timely and thorough manner and to organize and supervise.

• Accountable for the entire program, overseeing all aspects including safety and inventory of athletic equipment.
• Communicate with the Athletic Director regarding incidents involving student athletes or parental concerns.
• Prior coaching experience in a college, high‑school, or professional setting.
• Promote academics before athletics by monitoring academic performance and enforcing eligibility.
• Ensure all student athletes have the opportunity to compete while promoting sportsmanship.
• Build a positive relationship with the community to promote the sport.
• Demonstrate all skills, drills, and fundamentals of the sport.
• Manage and inventory all equipment.
• Be present at all weekend activities.
• Supervise athletes before practices, during/after practices, and during activities/events.
• Attend coaching meetings as assigned.
• Evaluate the progress of the student athletes.
• Assist with fundraising and promote community support and awareness.
• Set scrimmage, game, and practice schedules for the program.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Athletic Director or Varsity Coach.

• College degree or equivalent.
• Prior coaching experience in high‑school, college, or professional setting.

• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of student‑athlete academic eligibility requirements.
• Ability to promote sportsmanship and build community relationships.
• Effective inventory and equipment management.
• Commitment to student development and safety.
