Southbridge Public Schools is seeking an experienced educator leader to serve as Director of Student Services, guiding special education across six schools with a focus on equity and high expectations. You will supervise the IEP process, ensure IDEA compliance, and coordinate services for students ages 6–22.
You will chair IEP Team meetings, maintain caseload databases, and collaborate with families, teachers and service providers to design, implement and evaluate effective programs.
