About the Position

Location & ScheduleLocation:
Outpatient Treatment Program - Southbridge, MA. This is an on-site position.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, start time between 6:00am-7:00am.
Pay rate: $65,000-$67,200 (Masters), $69,400-$73,800 (LADC-1), $77,100-$88,000 (LMHC/LICSW). Salaried position with potential productivity bonuses.

The Outpatient Clinician provides individual and group therapy, case management, and community referrals, maintaining current clinical skills and certifications.
QualificationsMaster’s degree in a relevant field, at least one year of supervised counseling experience, with LICSW or LMHC preferred.
