Harrington Hospital in Southbridge, MA is a community-focused, acute care hospital serving patients across South Central Massachusetts and Northeastern Connecticut. • Per Diem Schedule Flexible schedule with 10 hour shifts, minimum shift commitment of 4 shifts per month
• Collaborative, team-based model with Hospital Medicine Attendings and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• No procedures required
• Epic EMR and integrated clinical systems

• Perform and document complete history and physical exams
• Develop diagnoses and treatment plans based on clinical evaluation
• Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies
• Participate in daily inpatient rounds and document progress notes
• Collaborate with consulting services and interdisciplinary teams
• Perform routine bedside procedures per delineation of privileges

• A Masters degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Eligible or current Massachusetts license, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable)
• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are required
