Seeking a skilled Manual Machinist for prototype fabrication.

• Experience in operating Proto Trak Bedmill, Bridgeport E-Z Trak, Haas Lathe, and other machine shop equipment is required.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Cad-Cam software is highly desirable.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills.
• The ability to compose and comprehend written specifications and adhere to safety and quality standards is essential.
• Competence in working from various sources such as blueprints, drawings, sketches, and oral instructions to perform setups and fabricate fixtures as necessary is expected.
• Previous manufacturing experience is mandatory.

• Maintain close tolerances, ensure proper finishes, and verify that work meets specifications.
• Collaborate effectively both independently and within a team environment, providing input on prototype and development projects with Designers and Engineers.
• Schedule tasks according to job priority, maintaining flexibility to adjust priorities as necessary.
• Utilize relevant software to place purchase orders for tooling and materials as required.
