Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic care team at Southbridge Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and customer service to our patients and their families.
Openings include:
- 16 hours on 7a-3p
- 32 hours on 11p-7a
- 16 hours on 11p-7a
Weekly pay ranges from $35 to $40 an hour, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant
- Maintain current resident care plans and follow physician's orders
- Transcribe and review patient records daily
- Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes
- Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs and maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list
- Administer medication according to procedure
- Demonstrate correct safety techniques and respect facility equipment and supplies
- Contribute to effective communication and pleasant working conditions
- Comply with facility Privacy Practices Policies & Procedures, protecting residents' individual health information
- Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
- CPR certified
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in Massachusetts
