Pct-32 Hour Nights Med Surg

Position: PCT-32 HOUR NIGHTS MED SURG
UMass Memorial Health - 100 South Street - Responsibilities:
Provide clear, timely communication to the RN regarding observations and changes seen in patients.;
Provide constant observation of high-risk patients as assigned by the Resource Nurse or designee.;
Assist in moving, lifting, positioning and transporting patients using proper safety techniques and body mechanics.;
Take and record vital signs and measure patient weights/heights.;
Assist RN with treatments and procedures by preparing patient, obtaining equipment, and providing emotional support.
