** What You'll Do
*** Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations
* Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals
* Provide home, community, and group-based Early Intervention services
* Coach and empower caregivers to support their child's development
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with EI standards
* Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development## Qualifications##
** Required
* ** Registered Nurse degree and current licensure
* Ability to meet Early Intervention Operational Standards
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas###
** Preferred
* ** Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families
* Knowledge of family-centered and coaching-based practices
* Home or community-based service experience
* Bilingual or multilingual skills##
** Working Environment
** This position is community-based and requires travel to homes and community settings. Candidates must be comfortable working in a variety of environments and utilizing technology for documentation and communication.##
