As part of a large continuum of behavioral health services, this role focuses on providing treatment to children, adolescents, and their families across a broad spectrum of mental health needs. The Outpatient Nurse Practitioner will work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, advanced practice nurses, and therapists.
Provider Responsibilities- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management
- Partner closely with families, schools, and care teams to support patient outcomes
- Participate in regular case reviews and team collaboration
- Work under the supervision of a psychiatrist in a highly integrated care model
- Have opportunities to engage across multiple clinical settings
