Store Associate

Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health places you in a leading retail setting where you provide exceptional customer service and support store operations.

Retail Store Associates contribute to CVS Health’s mission by delivering personalized customer experiences, handling cashier duties, maintaining the sales floor, and supporting pharmacy and other departments.

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, showing compassion, and resolving service issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and offering assistance.
• Accurately performing cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions in accordance with policies.
• Restocking shelves, checking vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory tasks directed by the store manager.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assisting all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel during regular shifts as growth opportunities.
• Advocating new CVS services and loyalty programs to support better health journeys.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods of time.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, negligible amount regularly, including overhead lifting.
• Visual Acuity: having close visual acuity for computer terminal, reading, visual inspection of small parts/details.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour.
