Provide continuous safety observation of assigned patients to ensure safety and comfort;
Monitor patients for suicidality/violence and maintain visual contact at all times;
Monitor visitors to prevent unsafe materials from reaching patients;
Perform 15-minute safety checks with documentation;
Assist nursing staff and transport patients as directed by licensed personnel
