We are an established, midsized manufacturer producing precision components for aerospace, medical, and industrial applications. Our operation brings together machining, finishing, and specialized processing equipment to meet detailed customer specifications. This maintenance position combines electrical troubleshooting with hands-on mechanical repair. You'll help keep production equipment operating, investigate recurring failures, and support preventive maintenance and equipment improvements.

Hands-on experience maintaining manufacturing equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures independently. Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery by reviewing ladder logic, monitoring inputs and outputs, and tracing faults to sensors, controls, or field devices. Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; use multimeters and other diagnostic tools to test motors, wiring, relays, switches, and control circuits. Diagnose and repair mechanical components such as bearings, belts, couplings, pumps, and pneumatic systems;
complete equipment adjustments and component replacements. Perform preventive maintenance, document repairs, and support equipment installations; identify recurring failures and follow lockout/tagout procedures during service.
