** to provide one-on-one, community-based support to youth enrolled in the
** Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI)

** What You'll Do:**### Direct Youth Mentoring
* Provide
** one-on-one support
** to youth in home and community settings.
* Help youth build skills in
** communication, emotional regulation, and daily living**.
* Serve as a
** positive role model**, fostering trust and engagement.### Skill Building & Community Integration
* Support youth in real-world settings such as
** parks, libraries, and recreational activities**.
* Reinforce treatment goals through
** hands-on, practical experiences**.
* Develop and implement
** structured, age-appropriate lesson plans
** with measurable outcomes.### Collaboration & Family Engagement
* Work closely with a
** master’s level clinician
** to align mentoring with treatment goals.
* Participate in
** weekly consultations
** and provide progress updates.
* Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to support consistency and success.### Documentation & Professional Development
* Complete timely and accurate
** progress notes and service documentation**.
* Participate in
** trainings, supervision, and team meetings**.
* Maintain compliance with
** CBHI and agency standards**.##
