Location: Southbury, CT
Salary: $60,000–$85,000 + Incentive Pay
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

- Firm is willing to train and develop someone with the right tax foundation
- Exposure to both individual and business tax returns
- Year-round accounting experience beyond tax season
- 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, and incentive opportunities
- Significant compensation flexibility for an experienced CPA or EA
- Prepare individual and business tax returns, including 1040s, Schedule C/E, S-Corps, Partnerships, and Corporate returns
- Assist with tax extensions and other tax compliance work
- Support year-round bookkeeping and general ledger review
- Assist with payroll-related accounting and entity setup
- Work directly with clients and other members of the firm
- Handle additional tax and accounting projects throughout the year
- Bachelor’s degree
- Some tax experience within a CPA firm/public accounting environment
- Fluency in Albanian is a plus
- Interest in continuing to develop a career in tax
- CPA track is a plus
- Drake Tax and Quick Books experience are a plus
More experienced CPA/EA candidates are also encouraged to apply. The firm can offer significantly higher compensation, including $150K+, for someone with substantial tax experience who can step in and operate independently.
