Key responsibilities- Full accounting & financial operations (close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting)
- Regulatory compliance, internal controls & audits
- Portfolio performance, credit risk & profitability analysis
- Financial systems, reporting automation & analytics (Power BI/SQL/Net Suite)
- 5+ years progressive finance/accounting experience
- Financial services or specialty lending background preferred
- Data‑driven, operationally sharp, and comfortable in a regulated environment
