The Opportunity

We are building an elite client acquisition team based in Connecticut. As an IAR Sales Associate, you will identify, contact, and convert prospective clients to Swiss Finance's advisory platform - primarily through in-person outreach to small business owners, professionals, and HNW individuals throughout the state. This is competitive AUM-based earnings role with significant earning potential tied directly to the assets you bring under management.

High performers build a recurring book of business and real six-figure income over time. This is not a back-office role. You are client-facing from day one - representing a firm with global affiliates and a differentiated value proposition.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through in-person visits, Linked In, phone, email, and referrals
  • Walk into small businesses, professional offices, and community events to introduce Swiss Finance directly to decision-makers
  • Articulate Swiss Finance's value proposition with clarity and confidence
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using our CRM

Hand off qualified prospects to senior leadership for portfolio onboarding

We Are Looking For Candidates
  • Based in Connecticut (required) with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - this is fundamentally a sales role
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset comfortable with commission-based compensation
  • Genuine interest in financial markets, wealth management, and client-facing finance
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred - not required
  • Not yet Series 65 licensed is acceptable - however, candidates must commit to obtaining licensure within 90 days
